How to order online?
Register an account by clicking 'register' .As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and logging in with your user ID or email address and password and then clicking on "ORDERS HISTORY".
1.Browse our Product/Color/Size.Click on category of your choice.
2.Click 'Buy/More' button.
3.Choose your product options, then simply click the 'Add to Cart' button found on every product page.
4.Review your order.
5.Continue shopping if you wish to purchases more or
6.Click on 'Continue' button to confirm your delivery address, your Shipping and Payment Methods.
7.Click 'Pay Now' button to complete the order.
You then will be taken to the secure PAYPAL web site to process the payment. Make your payment and you are done!
When your order has been placed (after you have confirmed PayPal as your payment method, you will receive an Order confirmation via email.
Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed.
What does the Order Status mean?
This indicates the current status of your order, or of each item within your order. There are several statuses: You can log in to your account order history to check your latest status.
# Pending (New Order) - Order has been created. Payment has not yet been made or has not yet cleared. Allow 1 hour for credit card payments to clear and allow 1-2 weeks for bank account payments(e check) to clear.
# Processing (Paid) - Order has been received and is being processed (Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing of orders.)
# Completed - Your order has been shipped and you will received an automated email notification with the shipment information.
-International Registered mail: Normal Transit time 7-28 BUSINESS DAYS (not included Saturday,Sunday & Public Holiday) or MORE depending on your Country and Locations/International Postal Systems and Customs Procedure.
How can I make changes to my order?
Are goods sold refundable / exchangeable?
No. Goods sold cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please refer our Terms and Conditons.
Will ebeautyna.com accountable for any lost/damaged items during delivery?
No. Items are in perfect condition when we pack them in layers of bubble wraps and send them for shipping. Ebeautyna.com will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly encourage the registered mail /Express Shipping option for that matter.
How long will delivery take to process?
We ship our valued customers' orders via: STANDARD INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL with tracking information. Delivery by this service will normally take 7-28 days depending on your location.
We will put our best effort to mail out your items ASAP so that you may receive them earlier.
For EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE(FEDEX/UPS). Charges of Express shipping service are different, Please add to Cart to confirm the shipping costs. Estimated delivery time to worldwide is 3 – 5 working days.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
