-Please obtain a valid prescription before you make your order using this website and forthwith confirm that what your order is accordance to the said valid prescription stipulated by your  Optician.

-Please allow 3-5 WORKING Days for processing of orders.

-Normal Transit time: 7-28 BUSINESS DAYS (not included Saturday,Sunday & Public Holiday )or MORE depending on your Country and Locations/International Postal Systems and Customs Procedure.Please be patient while waiting for your items to arrive -:) as the shipping duration vary from country to country.

**Please don't place an order with us if you are not willing to wait for the shipment (The delivery time is beyond our control but so far the shipment has received safely vy our buyer :-). Thank you for your understanding

This disclaimer of liability applies to any discomfort or injury caused by contact lens wear. We can only guarantee that the lenses are authentic, but cannot guarantee that they are 100% suitable for your eyes! A small % of humans have extremely dry/sensitive eyes etc, and are less suitable to wear contact lenses or (only suitable for specific brand ).

IMPORTANT: Seek advice from eye-care practitioner to verify proper fit and follow the proper lens care guideline. Follow the suggested wearing schedule which is not more than 6 hours per day to maintain your overall eye health.

Notes
1. Degrees for left and right eye can be different. BC = 8.6mm.
2. Only for Myopia, not for Astigmatism.
3. All bottles are air sealed and in perfect condition when they’re mailed to you.
4. Each pair can last 3-6 months (with proper care the lens can be last up to one year).
5. We are not responsible if there is any injury or damage to your eyes, please buy at your own risk.
6. The  lenses are a certified brand and approved by FDA, we will not responsible for anything that happens to your eye.
7. Refund will only be make if the items is out of stock. But there will be no refunds if the lens are not suitable for your eyes/dislike the color/exchange to other prescription/order wrongly for the color and or prescription.
8. Please take note the pictures shown are for reference only and  might be slightly different from the actual product color tone due to monitor resolution and other factors.It also depends on your eye colors. Our pictures are only meant to give you an idea of how the colored contact lens will look on the eyes.
 

Stock Availability
Please note that our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day,so an item indicated as 'In Stock' when you place your order may,in fact,be 'Out of Stock'.In this case we will email you as soon as possible, you may choose what to do from the following suggests:
1. If the goods will arrive in a week, you may choose to wait for the goods.
2. If the goods will take long time to arrive, you may choose to change the order.
3. In certain situations, you may choose, to be sent partial ordered item first.
4. Or else,you may request a refund.

Returns and Refunds Policy - Important please read.
-Lens sold are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable so choose carefully. We check all lenses for faults before shipping out. Kindly also check your lens once you have them. Thoroughly inspect from the outside of the glass for visible signs of defect if any. Exchange only accepted for the torn or broken lenses due to manufacturing defect and if it is UNOPENED and to be returned within 7 days after receiving. Email us ASAP and we deal with it accordingly. -No returns will be accepted after 7 days. 
-Post the lens back to us and we will send you the replacement. The postage cost on your end will be paid by you and to demonstrate excellent customer service from Ebeautyna.com we will pay for the postage of the replacement lens.

Ebeautyna.com will only honor this if you have not opened the bottle or broken the seal of the vial. Please be clear that if you open it this voids the exchange Policy. It would be no use to us and will not be able to prove to the supplier that it was defective. Ebeautyna.com does not exchange on "change of mind" so again choose your styles, series and colours carefully.

Ebeautyna.com reserves the right to refuse sale to anyone, end shop promotions & sales without any notification. Ebeautyna.com also reserves the right to change any terms and conditions anytime within Ebeautyna.com discretion without prior notification. 1.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
2. We are not responsible for any package that is damaged or lost due to another country's customs or postal service.We are not be held responsible if the postal service provided makes a mistake with delayed shipping, lost or damaged packages as it is beyond our control.
3.-Upon purchasing with us, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting. Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to process your order.
4.The estimated time of shipping by International Registered Airmail is 7-28 BUSINESS DAYS.Kindly take note the shipping duration varies from counrty to country. (Maybe it will take longer time for certain countries)
5.We are NOT in control of International holidays, overseas shipping delays, CUSTOMS nor are we able to speed up processing times from overseas. Here also, we have no control over the PO system, special holidays or CUSTOMS.The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
